I didn’t realize that I was stuck in my own sabotaging beliefs, patterns and behaviors that I developed as a young child. My #1 limiting belief was “I’m insignificant” and I went to some pretty great lengths to prove that I was significant, only to find myself repeating it again and again. It affected my relationship with my siblings, my mother, my spouse, my children, my friendships, my career. But most importantly my relationship with myself. I’d yell or sulk. I constantly felt like I was a victim, underappreciated, or like someone or something was doing something to me,even when I knew there was absolutely no way that could be true! I could intellectualize about it and make excuses for myself all day, but I still FELT that way. So I was ready for action to prove my significance at the drop of a hat. I felt broken. And it was ruining my life. Coaches and therapists are people too. And going it alone, just doesn’t work that well.

I first met Mendee through a common course that we took. I was immediately impressed with her skill, her knowledge and her heart for others. Mendee’s Soul Consciousness Alignment program is definitely as unique and 1 of a kind as she is a coach. She approached my struggle in a way that I realized “that I was not broken” but that I was just stuck and I was sick and tired of it. Mendee showed me how to gently and respectfully remove my resistance and how to use all my levels of awareness.

Today that limiting belief of I’m insignificant still pops up but it doesn’t determine my decisions. I recognize it for what it really is. It’s just a 4 year old saying look at me, look at me. Now I can say, “ I see you but you aren’t in charge.” I can even laugh about it! My relationships with the people I love the most have definitely improved, especially my relationship with myself. 1- I got divorced, was 70# overweight, and was extremely stuck in my life…

I’m going to start with my latest observation and inspiration that I got from Mendee while she was coaching me. While time and the lack of it usually messes up my plans but also my mental state.

​Lately I’ve been noticing that time or the lack of it isn’t even a factor for Mendee or her plan. What ever she says she will do, or puts her intentions to, she does wholeheartedly and completely,also perfectly! Not even giving the time factor or lack of it,a minuscule moment of energy of thought!!! Mystically she never seems late for anything! Maybe because when you are in her presence you know that you are in a Divine caring space, and magically that’s all that matters.

​Maybe she understands energy and the way the universe works so well,that she knows time and timing are dictated by the universe according to your vibration,frequency,& alignment 💫 While that might be common knowledge to most, it wasn’t to me.

​When I met Mendee two years ago I didn’t even know about a coach and how their knowledge can improve your life, or in my case actually save it! When she gave me her card and told me that she was a wellness coach, I knew I was in that space that I spoke of earlier, and I needed her coaching knowledge desperately… The rest is history for me… physically her nutritional knowledge helped me to loose 80# , her frequency medical knowledge led me to buy a Bemer, Limbicark, and Healy medical frequency device.

Within one year my Chrons disease was in remission,my diabetic borderline condition went to no concern, my copd and bronchiolitis improved so dramatically that I haven’t seen my pulmonologist in 1 1/2 years, and my ankle replacement surgeon said that not only that my ankle pulse is fabulous, but the bone growth over my titanium ankle is a strong indicator that I’m in excellent health… I know where I was at when I was Blessed to meet Mendee, compared to where my mental and physical state is now, is nothing short of a miracle 😇 I also need to say that Mendee brings a spiritual component to everything she grace’s 💗 I don’t know if I have the best words to explain how important that is to my Soul, I only know the feeling in my heart .
